Hi there! I’m SO glad you are here! Let me introduce myself! In a nutshell.. I am a wife.. a mama to 5 kids .. biological AND adopted! I LOVE people, I LOVE helping and making people feel special, seen and loved.
9 years ago, I was struggling HARD with tension headaches and migraines. I was on daily meds to help keep them at a “minimum” but nothing was helping anymore. It was too much. Every single day...my stomach had started to hurt all the time from taking daily anti inflammatories. On top of the other issues .... this had quickly become my new ‘normal’. Laying flat out on the couch in horrible pain while trying to help the kids figure out what to put in their lunches and needing help to get them to school was not my idea of of what I wanted normal to be.
Fast forward to trying some new natural things and cutting out other toxins in our home. As a prior skeptic of all things natural I have learned over the years how to support my body REALLY well and in a super beautiful away! This in turn has snowballed all the way down into our household and kids too! I LOVE helping other people figure it out for themselves too. So thanks for stopping by! Can’t wait to connect some more and help you feel better again too!
