How to make Fire Cider 🔥
Fire 🔥 Cider recipe comin in HOT!!!  We love using our essential oils, getting fresh air, Exercise, vitamins and water too… but check this out! It tastes wellllllll horrible 🤣 but I swear it works amazingly well!

Just in time for cold and flu season!

Hey guess what?! We don’t need to be sitting ducks just waiting for our turn to get sick. That’s ridiculous!

Taking a few proactive approaches with things that God made for us to use (does it get any more perfect and planned out than that?) will help us get along very nicely!  👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Here is the recipe!

Grab a big glass jar with lid.

Cut up: 👇🏻

 🧅 1 onion into quarters

🧄 1 garlic , peeled and smush each clove before adding to jar

🍊 1 orange sliced into skinnier slices

🍋 1 lemon cut Into quarters

Press these to bottom of jar

Then add:👇🏻

Thinly sliced fresher ginger (2 small 2-3inch chunks will do)

2 cinnamon sticks

1/2 cup of freshly sliced horseradish (I couldn’t find any this time so I omitted this one)

2 jalapeño or Seranno peppers 🌶️ sliced in half

1tsp peppercorns

Two sprigs of fresh Rosemary (I used dried Rosemary because the store didn’t have any fresh today)

Fill jar to top with apple cider.

(Optional addition is to add 1/4 honey)

Add a piece of parchment paper between jar and lid so that the vinegar doesn’t erode lid making it rusty.

Place on kitchen counter in a darker , cool place. Shake once a day gently for 3 weeks.

Let me know if you try it!

Strain with cheesecloth or fine strainer and keep in fridge approximately a month.

Feel the onset of a bug or cold coming on? I like to Take a tsp a 2x a day until I feel better.

Or maintenance could be a quick tsp a day to keep the bugs away altogether!

Enjoy!!
